In order to use tudso.co, the user accepts the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • TUDSO acts as the sole brand and seller of its products through tudso.co.

  • We are not responsible for losses, expenses, damages, or taxes incurred by users in the use of our services, except as covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Limitation of Liability

TUDSO will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from the use of services on tudso.co. This includes (without limitation) loss of revenue, data, or damages resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions due to any reason beyond our control.

This disclaimer also applies to damages caused by failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tort, or under any other cause of action.

3. Product Quality & Availability

  • All products are checked and assured by TUDSO to ensure that they meet the quality, design, and style represented on the website.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of tudso.co.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders placed on tudso.co may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Requests for cancellations after this window will not be entertained once the order is processed or dispatched.

  • TUDSO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of order confirmation or payment status. In such cases, payment will be refunded, and the customer will be informed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (wrong/incomplete name or address, recipient not available, etc.), any extra costs incurred for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.

  • TUDSO shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, wars, strikes, government actions, or courier issues.

  • TUDSO shall not entertain complaints after 10 days from the date of delivery.

6. User Information

  • The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true details when registering or placing an order.

  • TUDSO reserves the right to validate such details at any time. If any information is found false, TUDSO may reject the registration or debar the user from accessing the site without prior notice.

7. Payment & Fraud Policy

  • TUDSO will not be liable for any type of credit/debit card fraud. The responsibility to use a card/account lawfully lies solely with the user.

  • The user must exclusively use their own card/account for online payments.

8. Refunds & Liability

  • In case of non-delivery or late delivery, TUDSO shall not be liable to pay/refund any amount more than the value of the order placed by the customer.

  • Refunds are processed strictly as per the TUDSO Return & Refund Policy.

9. Cashback & Discounts

  • Any cashback or promotional benefits are valid only for registered customers.

  • Orders placed via Guest Checkout will not qualify for cashback offers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
